Three Families &emdash; Verdant Sinhaya

Mountain Gin & Tonic

50ml Gin

25ml Dry Vermouth

5ml Three Families Verdant Sinhaya

Combine all ingredients and stir down with ice. Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Orange Pekoe Tea cold brew with dried lemongrass, coriander seed, bay leaf, dried mango, dried orange peel, dried lemon peel, gentian, dandelion root, angelica root, with mandarin orange, honey, honeysuckle flavour distillates.
